Quercetin is the most common bioflavonoid that we consume. It is known to act as a potential anti-tumoral agent. 

 

This potent antioxidant works by neutralizing free radicals that can cause cellular and DNA damage. It may help with allergies, reduce inflammation, boost immune function,  heart disease, degenerative brain disorders, inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells, and promote cancer cell death.
